My focus as your instructor is to help you have the best class possible and to LOVE the time you spend in class. I always lead my classes with easy-to-follow cues and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. My Strong class is open to all fitness levels and I strive to show multiple switch-outs for all moves. We do get a great workout, so don’t forget to bring water, a towel, a mat, and your energy! The full Strong Nation class is followed by a 12-minute mobility class as an extended cooldown.
