I will be covering for Kendra teaching my own yoga class. My class is a mindful yoga practice that invites students to honor their mind, body, and spirit. We begin with centering and guided visualizations to help connect with self. Then, we move into a warming sequence and intentional poses that emphasize the form and spirit of each posture. Class concludes with nourishing stretches and long, relaxing savasana. The class’s focus on movement and presence helps students cultivate calm contentment.
