A strength-building Vinyasa flow class that focuses on sculpting your buns and thighs while flattening your belly and strengthening your core.
My focus as your instructor is to help you have the best class possible and to LOVE the time you spend in class. I always lead my classes with easy-to-follow cues and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. My class is open to all fitness levels and I strive to show multiple switch-outs for all moves. We do get a great workout, so don’t forget to bring water, a towel, a mat, and your energy!
