My yoga class is an all-levels mindful yoga practice that invites students to honor their mind, body, and spirit. We begin with centering and guided visualizations to help connect with self. Then, we move into a warming sequence and intentional poses that emphasize the form and spirit of each posture, using props as needed. Class concludes with nourishing stretches and long, relaxing savasana so that you can leave feeling recharged and ready for the what’s ahead.
