Thrive 222: Alignment Challenge

Lots of new-year challenges motivate you to change things about yourself, but what if the real goal is to bring yourself back into alignment with the person you want to be? My THRIVE 222: Alignment Challenge uses mindfulness, movement that matches your style, and weekly prompts to help you uncover the amazing being you already are.

  • 6 Weeks, beginning on 1/11 and ending 2/22
  • 3 days of movement per week (fitness & yoga)
  • One weekly public or private reflection
  • Can be done hybrid in-person / at home or completely at home, little to no equipment needed

Spiritual Significance of the challenge dates

We are starting on 1/11 because the angel number 111 signifies powerful manifestation, new beginnings, spiritual awakening, and alignment with our true path.

We will end the challenge on 2/22 because the angel number 222 is a powerful sign of harmony, balance, faith, and alignment, signaling we’re on the right path. 222 asks us to be compassionate with ourselves and trust the divine unfolding of our lives.

STEP 1: Choose your FITNESS format

If you have access to my in-person classes, any of those count for the fitness classes in the challenge! If you’d rather do fitness at home, any of my On-Demand Strong Nation or Zumba classes will work.

STEP 2: DEDICATE YOURSELF TO YOUR YOGA PRACTICE

Each week will have a theme, linked specifically to the week’s yoga/recovery class. You will find a link to the week’s yoga class from my on-demand library for you to practice at home.

STEP 3: Get a Class Package & Choose YOUR SCHEDULE

Depending on your schedule and preferences, you will have flexibility to choose which will be your fitness day, which will be your yoga/recovery day, and which day will be the movement of your choice.

Based on which classes you plan to take with me on-demand, purchase the appropriate class package in advance to keep you accountable! See options below. You can always drop into a class or purchase more class packs later if you need to.
