
Zumba® is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. The consists of easy-to-follow dance moves set to Latin and global rhythms. It’s a total workout combining all elements of fitness — cardio and muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a dose of awesome each time you leave class.
My focus as your instructor is to help you have the best class possible and to LOVE the time you spend in class. I always lead my classes with easy-to-follow cues and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. My Zumba class is open to all fitness levels and the focus is to move and HAVE FUN. We do get a great workout, so don’t forget to bring water, a towel, and your energy!
