My focus as your instructor is to help you have the best class possible and to LOVE the time you spend in class. I always lead my classes with easy-to-follow cues and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. My Zumba class is open to all fitness levels and no prior experience is needed. We do get a great workout, so don’t forget to bring water, a towel, and give yourself permission to dance!
