Buti® is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance and multidimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other. This movement style is intuitive, creative and includes unique movement patterns that help the body avoid plateaus physically and emotionally.
My focus as your instructor is to help you have the best class possible and to LOVE the time you spend in class. I always lead my classes with easy-to-follow cues and a welcoming, no-pressure environment. My Strong Nation® class is open to all fitness levels and the focus is to improve your performance at your own pace. We do get a great workout, so don’t forget to bring water, a mat, a towel, and your energy!
